Clear information before care begins

This page provides a brief overview of website privacy, therapy policies, and the limits of services offered by The Mindbody Collective.

Website privacy

This website is for informational purposes. Visiting the site or submitting an inquiry does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

The inquiry form should be used only for general information. Please do not include diagnoses, trauma details, medical records, or other sensitive clinical information. Secure intake and clinical communication occur through the Sessions Health client portal after care is established.

Sessions & payment

  • Virtual sessions are approximately 50–53 minutes.
  • Clients must be physically located in Texas during each session.
  • The standard individual-session fee is $150.
  • Payment is due at the time of service and processed securely by card through Stripe.
  • Limited reduced-fee and Open Path appointments may be available.

Attendance & cancellations

Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Late cancellations and missed sessions are charged $40.

If you are running late, please reach out. After 15 minutes, the appointment is considered missed. We may review whether scheduling remains a good fit after three missed appointments.

Confidentiality

Information shared in therapy is confidential, with legal and ethical exceptions. These may include immediate safety concerns, suspected abuse or neglect, or a valid court order. Your informed-consent documents provide fuller details, and questions are welcome before therapy begins.

Scope of services

The practice does not provide emergency or crisis care, psychological testing, custody evaluations, or court testimony. Therapy is available only while clients are physically located in Texas.

Letters & forms

ESA documentation, FMLA or workplace forms, and other clinical letters may be considered for established clients when clinically appropriate and within professional scope. Completion and third-party acceptance cannot be guaranteed. Documentation may involve a separate fee.
