Getting started

What happens after you reach out

Each step is designed to give you clarity while leaving room for questions and choice.

1

Complete the inquiry form

Share what brings you to therapy, your preferred language, general availability, and whether you would like to discuss reduced-fee options. Please avoid including sensitive clinical details.

2

Receive availability by email

We will email you with current appointment options. If needed, you can also review sliding-scale availability or Open Path participation at this stage.

3

Set up your secure portal

If you decide to move forward, you will be connected to Sessions Health for secure portal access, appointment details, and intake forms.

4

Meet for your first session

Your first meeting is a chance to talk about your goals, what has been happening, and what you hope could feel different. You can ask questions and notice how the connection feels.

Your first sessions

There is no pressure to tell your whole story at once

We move at a pace that feels comfortable and respectful. Together, we explore how emotions, experiences, relationships, physical symptoms, and nervous-system responses may be connected.

Your goals are created collaboratively and can evolve as therapy unfolds. The process is not about fitting you into a formula,it is about understanding what support fits you.

Ongoing care

A rhythm we decide together

How often you meet depends on your goals, needs, availability, and what feels sustainable. We will talk openly about frequency and revisit it when circumstances change.

Comfortable pacing

Space to pause, reflect, and move gradually when needed.

Mind–body exploration

Attention to both emotional experiences and physical responses.

Collaborative goals

A shared direction shaped around what matters to you.

Wondering whether we may be a good fit? A brief consultation is available upon request. You may mention this when we respond to your inquiry.
